Dr. Settles is a family chiropractor, primarily focused on pregnancy and pediatrics. She is currently pursuing a diplomate in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (I.C.P.A.). Her chiropractic philosophy is simple: treat the problem rather than mask the symptoms. She believes regular chiropractic adjustments allow individuals to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. An adjustment helps the body’s innate intelligence be the guide to its own healing.
Dr. Settles utilizes numerous techniques to provide the best care for each individual patient, and she takes a gentle approach to help patients improve their health. Dr. Settles’s primary chiropractic techniques include Gonstead, Diversified, SOT, Activator, Thompson, and the Webster Technique. She looks at each patient as a whole, often coming up with a chiropractic and nutritional protocol to fit individual needs. Dr. Settles regularly uses instrument assisted soft tissue modalities and kinesio tape to boost the effectiveness of a chiropractic adjustment, and to aid in the healing of soft tissue injuries.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling the globe with her family, scuba diving with sharks, photography, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.
